Calendars in Enerflo are used for scheduling a user’s availability and are based on the user’s role in the company. Calendars can reflect a user’s personal schedule or a schedule based on a user’s role in the company, such as an admin, Sale Manager, etc where multiple schedules can be viewed on a single calendar. A user can access their personal schedule and see their assigned appointments by going to the user’s profile menu and selecting My Schedule. Calendars based on user role are found in each role's menu. The company calendar is found under the Sales Company menu and selecting Scheduling.

To populate appointments on your Enerflo calendar(s), they need to be synced with an external calendar(s). At this time Enerflo only syncs with Google calendars. To sync your Google calendar, access your user profile menu and click on the Edit My Profile link. About half way down the page, you’ll see a Manage Account Linking section where you’ll find a blue Manage Calendars button for syncing your Google calendar to Enerflo. Click on the Manage Calendar button and you’ll be directed to a page where you will see the Google calendars to which you have access.

To add your calendar to Enerflo, click the blue Add Account button at the top of the page. This will open an OAuth flow to enter your Google credentials. You should now see a list of your google calendars. Select the proper calendar(s) for your appointment schedule and enter your credentials for each. A background process will run and populate the appointments from your Google calendar to your Enerflo calendar. This process may take a few moments to populate your appointments to your Enerflo calendar.

When setting up your personal calendar, we advise only selecting the Google calendar(s) you want to determine your availability. Any appointment on a user’s personal calendar will block out that time and the user will show as busy/unavailable for any other appointment. It is NOT recommended to select the calendars of other team members when setting up or syncing your personal calendar to My Schedule in Enerflo.

You will see that the appointments pulled from your Google calendar will show up as “personal” on your Enerflo calendar. This is for security purposes and to maintain the intent and purpose of the Enerflo calendar which is to schedule your time rather than allowing others to see how that time is scheduled. Future appointments made in Enerflo, will reflect the name of the Appointment Type set up in your Enerflo instance.

If for whatever reason your calendar does not sync, be sure to revisit the Manage Calendars and check the connection status of your google credentials in Enerflo. From time to time, these connections time out and need to be refreshed.
