These settings allow you to automate branded text and email reminders to the customer or assigned user.
To set text or email reminders up, Click Your Roles > Sales Company > Company Settings and then Appointment Types on the sidebar.
Appointment reminders need to be set up for each appointment type. Click "Edit" next to the appointment type which the reminder should be set for.
Click "Reminders" and then choose who the reminder should be sent to. From here you can set up as many reminders as needed (days ahead, hours ahead, etc.).
