Restoring a Voided Agreement

  1. To restore an agreement, navigate to Your Roles > Sales Company > Agreements.

  2. Search the customer name and click the yellow Restore button for the agreement that is correct. Click the blue View button to view the agreements and confirm which is correct if there is more than one.

  3. If an error appears stating that there is already an agreement, click "Remove agreement" and then try to restore again. This will restore the selected agreement.

    1. After this is restored the last finalized proposal will be finalized within V2.

      1. This may not be the proposal that is associated with the agreement. This is fine.
