HOW TO UPLOAD AN AGREEMENT THAT WAS SIGNED OUTSIDE ENERFLO.
It is possible to add an agreement that has been signed outside of Enerflo to an existing deal. Company admins are able to upload a signed contract by going to the Contract stage of the deal and clicking "View Contract". Click the "Upload Signed Docs" button at the bottom, choose the file to be uploaded in the pop up window, and click Upload.
Admin users can request that all users be allowed to upload documents for a deal template. By default only admins can upload, but Enerflo Support can enable all users. If all users have not been enabled, sales reps will need to contact an admin to upload documents. Enerflo Support cannot upload documents for users who do not have the permission to do so themselves.
HOW TO SUBMIT A DEAL THAT WAS DONE OUTSIDE ENERFLO
EPC company admins are able to create installs in Enerflo for deals that were signed outside. To do this, navigate to Your Roles > EPC > Sales Organizations. Click +New Install next to the organization that should be associated with the deal.
Fill out the customer information as requested and attach the agreement as a PDF. Click "Continue" at the bottom to upload the install to Enerflo.
