In 2018, Enerflo was just an idea. In 2019, Enerflo launched a proof-of-concept platform as quickly as possible to get it into the hands of residential solar sales dealers and installers to confirm what the co-founders already knew to be true -- the industry desperately needed an Enerflo. That original version of the Enerflo Platform is lovingly referred to as “Legacy” or “V1”.
In the past 6 years, Enerflo has grown exponentially, powering billions of solar deals through the platform to date. With that kind of growth and rapid learning comes great responsibility for platform stability, functionality, security and more. The only way to achieve these goals is to build a stronger, more powerful, more secure platform. This is the Enerflo “V2” Platform.
Enerflo’s vision hasn’t changed, but the complex technology powering the platform is evolving as we speak. Enerflo is THE ONLY lead to PTO (end to end), open API software platform for residential solar sales and fulfillment. Enerflo is working as quickly as possible to transition all partners onto V2, but it takes time.
As of 2025, all deals are run on the V2 platform.
