Smart Pull Stage Not Showing Complete

If the Smart Pull stage on a deal is not showing completed after the homeowner has passed the credit check, click into the stage to view any substages. All substages must be completed in order for the Smart Pull stage to show complete.

A common substage is the "Results" substage. It shows a list of products that the homeowner is likely to qualify for in green, products they may or may not qualify for in yellow, and products they will not qualify for in red. To complete this substage, click on one of the available products to set it as the preferred finance option.

This is simply a suggestion, and the finance product can be changed in the proposal stage if desired.
