As a user, click on User Name Tab in the top right corner and then click> Edit My Profile. As an admin, from the home page click the "Manage Users" quick link and then click Edit next to the desired user.
Here are the different settings that can be edited:
Personal Information - name, email, phone number, timezone
Password - admins can resend the welcome email to allow a user to reset their password here
Admin Settings - permissions for lead creation, view only, design requests, manual installs, change orders, and reassigning leads. Can only be edited by an admin.

Managing Profile Photo
Manage Account Linking (Google Calendar/Drive) - link Google Calendar and/or Drive to Enerflo
Manage Your Notification Settings - notification settings for missed deal feed messages, proposal revisions, and agreements.
User Roles & Permissions - roles must be assigned by an admin
Role specific settings - Set offices, managers, etc. as needed.
Schedule - General user schedule or for specific roles as needed. Set hours of availability for appointments.
