Updating Customer Email Not Saving

If a customer email will not save when updated, it is likely due to the wrong email being tied to an active loan application.

To resolve this, cancel the loan application through the lender and try again. Even if the email is directly updated with the lender, it will not update in Enerflo.

If the force email to match setting is enabled, updates to the email cannot be made once the finance application has been approved.
