Appointment Type Missing From Dropdown When Scheduling

If the appointment type is missing as an option to choose from in the appointment type dropdown, this can be fixed by a user with company admin permissions.

Click Your Roles > Sales Company > Company Settings and then "Appointment Types" on the left hand menu. Ensure the appointment type you need is added and active for the user creating the appointment.

Locate the appointment type and click 'edit' under the actions column.

If it is active for the user and still not showing, the appointment type needs to be added to the office calendar.

Click Your Roles > Sales company > Sales offices and then view on the office you want to add the calendar to.

Click +add in the top right corner and add the appointment type to the office.
