The Sales org settings contain a setting that enables the installer to disable all milestone emails and sms messages that are sent.
This setting can be accessed by clicking Your Roles > EPC > Sales Organizations and then clicking 'settings' on the sales org you want to edit. Under the General Settings column, locate the setting : Disable Milestone Emails/SMS and click the box to enable.
