Searching for Installer Markets

A sales rep will not be able to create a deal if the address is not in a market served by the selected installer. If no markets are available, reach out to the installer to have it added.

You might encounter errors such as: "No deal templates are available to [installer name] at the [deal/project address]." or "Uh oh! That was a bad request. No deal templates are available at this address." These messages indicate that the ZIP code of the address is not associated with any enabled installer market.

Note: Enerflo support will only add markets at the request of an admin from the installer.

If you are not an admin, contact one to request updates to the installer market settings.

As an installer admin, to search markets, click Settings > Installer > Installer Markets.

After navigating to the Installer Markets section, locate and select the installer market where the ZIP code is missing. Enter the ZIP code manually into the service area. Ensure there are no typos and save your changes.

Enter the ZIP code or state name to search for existing entries. You can also add missing ZIP codes directly into the service area of the selected market.
