"Sorry, You are unauthorized. Not authorized." when trying to view leads and deals

How to resolve the "Sorry, you are unauthorized. Not Authorized" error when trying to view leads or deals in Enerflo, including role conflicts and incorrect office assignments.

If the error 'Sorry, you are unauthorized. Not Authorized" shows when trying to view leads or deals, check that the user is an assigned stakeholder on the deal, and active in both V1 and V2. A user may be active in V1, but if they are suspended or archived in V2, they will not be able to view deals. The user may be the assigned sales rep, setter, manager, or company admin. If the user is a stakeholder and is getting the error, an admin can check the user's roles and permissions. Users with both regional manager and company admin role may see this error. Remove the regional manager role and the error should resolve.

Please note: Users who have company admin and super admin roles do not need regional manager (or any other roles), since company admin and super admin combined will grant access to all leads, deals, and settings.

A Regional manager who gets this error may not have the correct office assigned in their user profile. In this case, assigning the correct office will resolve the error.
