Enerflo Login Issues

Troubleshooting steps for Enerflo login issues, including resetting passwords, handling new user welcome emails, fixing redirect errors, and sending password resets as an admin.

If you cannot log into your account, follow these steps:

General Login Troubleshooting

If you're unable to log in and aren't seeing a specific error message, work through these steps in order:

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Set the time range to all time when clearing (not just the last hour or day).

  2. Fully close and reopen your browser, then navigate back to the Enerflo login page.

  3. Type your username and password manually. Avoid using your browser's autofill or a saved password manager entry — these can silently fill in outdated or incorrect credentials without you noticing.

  4. If you still can't log in, reset your password. Click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the email instructions to set a new password.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact Enerflo Support or your company admin — they can check your account status, but only your admin can reactivate a suspended or archived account.

New Users

If you are trying to access a user account for the first time and a welcome email has not been sent, reach out to the company admin so they can re-send the login email. This allows the new user to set a password to access the account.

When a new account is created, an admin must sent the first welcome email. The support team cannot send initial welcome emails; however if they have previously been sent, Enerflo support can re-send them.

If you are not receiving the welcome email, check spam, trash, or promotions folder.

Reset Your Password

Go to Enerflo's login page: https://enerflo.io/login. Enter your email address and click "Next", then click on "Forgot my password". Your email will need to be entered one more time. Click "send password reset link." You will receive an email that will allow a password reset.

Or, visit: https://enerflo.io/password/reset to send the password reset link.

Avoid using autofill or saved passwords in your browser as they may fill in outdated credentials.

Sending a Password Reset as an Admin

Click Settings > Org > Users. Search user by name or email. Once the user is found, select the 3 dot's on the far right side and click "Send Password Reset Link".

"Cannot login because of too many redirects" Error

  1. Ask the user to clear cache, cookies and history.

  2. Make sure the user only has one Enerflo browser tab open.

  3. Send the user this link which will automatically log them out, clear everything and allow login - https://enerflo.io/user/logout.

  4. This can also be caused by an archived or suspended account. Enerflo support can check on account status, but cannot change it. Reach out to a manager or admin for account status updates.

Note: Enerflo Support does not manually reset passwords for security purposes.
