Syncing an Aurora Design to Enerflo

How to sync an Aurora design back into Enerflo when it isn't updating, including steps to re-simulate, sync, and manually pull the design image if it doesn't appear automatically.

If you are having trouble syncing an Aurora design back into Enerflo once the design was finished, follow the steps below to sync.

Mapping configurations in Enerflo may also play a role in troubleshooting such issues; it's important to ensure mappings are accurate and updated.

  1. From the design stage, click design or sales mode on the design card. You can also click the 3 dots and access whichever mode is available.

  2. View the design in Aurora. If the simulate button is greyed out, you may need to move a panel slightly and then back into place.

  3. Simulate the design and let it run all the way through.

  4. Once simulation has completed, return to Enerflo.

  5. Click the three dots on the design card and then "sync" to update your design.

  6. If the design image does not pull through, click the download icon in Aurora and then, download the image.

    1. You do not need to do anything with the design, this step simply triggers the webhook to send the design image back to Enerflo.

  7. If the design is still showing an error when syncing, Enerflo support can check the mapping to ensure it is correct.

Once a design has been locked by being used in a finalized proposal, the image cannot be changed. To make any changes, unselect the proposal (which will void the contract). Check with an admin if unsure about this step.

Associating One Aurora Project with Multiple Enerflo Deals

A single Aurora project can now be linked to more than one Enerflo deal. This is useful for homes with multiple meters, where the physical installation is the same but each meter requires its own deal and agreement in Enerflo.

How it works:

  1. Request or complete the Aurora design on the first deal as normal.

  2. On the second (or additional) deal, import the same Aurora design from the design stage β€” the project will be shared rather than duplicated.

  3. Each deal operates independently in Enerflo (separate proposals, agreements, and stages), but they reference the same Aurora project.

Important notes:

  • Data synced from Enerflo into Aurora β€” such as consumption data and the assigned sales rep β€” reflects the most recent update across all linked deals. Whichever deal was last updated will be the one whose data is sent to Aurora.

  • This does not affect how designs sync back into Enerflo. Each deal still syncs its own design data independently.
