Authorized Dealers are the sales organizations connected to your installer account in Enerflo. This article covers how to add, edit, disable, and remove them.

Note: These settings apply to EPC (installer) accounts that work with one or more external sales organizations. If your account is a sales org or hybrid org, these settings may not be necessary.

Navigating to Authorized Dealers

Go to Settings (gear icon) > Installer > Authorized Dealers.

Here you will see a list of all sales organizations currently connected to your installer account.

Adding a New Authorized Dealer

  1. Click into the Add dealer field. Your existing sales organizations will populate in the dropdown.

  2. Select the sales org you want to add.

  3. Click into the Choose a pricing model field and select the appropriate pricing model for that dealer.

  4. Click + Add. The new Authorized Dealer will appear in the table below.

Don't see the sales org in the dropdown? If the organization you want to add doesn't appear, they may not yet be set up as a V2 organization. Please contact Enerflo Support for assistance getting them configured.

Editing an Authorized Dealer

Click on the name of an Authorized Dealer to expand their settings. From here you can:

  • Update the pricing model assigned to the dealer

  • Enable or disable specific installer markets for the dealer

  • Enable or disable specific deal templates the dealer can access

Once the dealer is connected, you can also reference them in your equipment and rebate targeting settings.

Disabling or Removing an Authorized Dealer

If a sales organization is no longer authorized to sell under your installer account, you have two options:

  • Disable: Use the toggle in the Enabled column to turn off access. The dealer will remain in your list and can be re-enabled later.

  • Remove permanently: Click the ... button to the right of the dealer and select Remove. This permanently disconnects them from your account.
