How to View Available Lenders in the EPC

How EPC administrators can view available lenders for the EPC or for a specific sales organization in Enerflo, using either the Sales Organizations settings or the Finance Options page.

NOTE: This guide is for EPC Administrators. You must be logged in with administrative privileges to access these settings.

Checking Lenders for a specific Sales Organization

  1. Navigate to Sales Organizations: From the navigation menu, go to Your Roles > EPC > Sales Organizations.

  2. Select Sales Organization: Click on the specific sales organization you want to review and click Settings

  3. Go to Loan Options: In the sales organization's settings, select Loan Options.

  4. View Available Lenders: You will see a list of lenders available for that specific sales organization.

Method 2: Check All Available Finance Options

  1. Navigate to Finance Options: From the navigation menu, go to Your Roles > EPC > Settings > Finance Options.
