In 2018, Enerflo was just an idea. In 2019, Enerflo launched a proof-of-concept operating system as quickly as possible to get it into the hands of residential solar sales dealers and installers to confirm what the co-founders already knew to be true -- the industry desperately needed an Enerflo. That original version of Enerflo is lovingly referred to as "Legacy" or "V1".
In the past 6 years, Enerflo has grown exponentially, powering billions of solar deals to date. With that kind of growth and rapid learning comes great responsibility for stability, functionality, and security. The only way to achieve these goals is to build a stronger, more powerful, more secure operating system. This is Enerflo V2.
Enerflo's vision hasn't changed, but the complex technology powering the operating system is evolving as we speak. Enerflo is the operating system for residential solar — the only lead-to-PTO solution connecting design, finance, contracting, and reporting in one flow. Enerflo worked as quickly as possible to transition all partners onto V2, but it takes time.
As of 2025, all deals are run on V2.
