Install contracts (or agreements) are created and maintained by EPC organizations. EPC admin users can send in new or updated agreement templates to Enerflo Support to be uploaded to the system. Documents must be submitted as PDFs. Enerflo Support cannot edit base documents, so ensure they appear exactly as needed. Support will add annotations to pull information from the deal as needed and set the conditions under which a document will appear. There are many conditions that can be set, such as state, finance method, adders, and deal questions.
