In Enerflo V1, Super Admin users can cloak into other users by clicking the red key button to login as user on the desired user's profile. For example, EPC admins can cloak into their sales orgs in order to view deals or manage settings. To do this, click Your Roles > EPC > Sales Organizations, click roster next to the desired org, and then cloak into the Admin user. If the cloaking key feature does not work, the sales org has likely disabled cloaking for EPC users.
There is no cloaking in V2.
Accessing Leads Across Sub-Organizations
Super Admins can use Enerflo's 'cloak-in' functionality for seamless management across sub-organizations. To proceed:
Navigate to Your Roles > EPC > Sales Organizations.
Locate the target sales organization and click on the Roster button.
Find the desired user and click the red key icon to 'cloak in' as that user.
Once cloaked in, gain access to their leads, deals, and associated settings.
