Admin Settings: Edit Roles and Permissions for Users in an Internal Sales Org

An admin user can edit the roles and permissions users in their sub-organizations (authorized dealers).

  1. Click My Roles > Sales organizations. Click "Roster" next to the appropriate org.

  2. Select an admin user on the roster and cloak in by selecting the red key.

  3. Select "Users" from the quick links page. Search the name of the user. Once selected, click the blue "edit" button.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to "User Roles & Permissions" to edit roles and permissions.

  5. Click Save Changes.
