Adjusting the location on the lead

On the lead page, click on "Confirm Location" under the picture of the site. The map will enlarge to allow you to zoom in/out and move the pin around the map to find the customer's house.

Once the correct location is found, put the pin on the house and click on "confirm location" again.

Make sure that "Stick with the current address" is checked and then click on "Confirm choice".

Adjusting the location from the deal

  1. Open the Deal in Enerflo: Go to the relevant deal. Click the three dots next to the customer's name.

  2. Access Deal Details: From the dropdown menu, select “Deal Details.” This will take you to the deal’s main configuration settings.

  3. Adjust the Map Pin Location: Scroll to the map section. Zoom in or out as needed and drag the pin to the correct location.

  4. Save Your Changes: After moving the pin, make sure to select “Save Changes.” This will ensure the updated location is retained in the system.

  5. Optional: Enter Latitude and Longitude Coordinates: If precise placement is required, you can manually enter the latitude and longitude coordinates. Check the box next to "Disable Address Geocoding" to preserve manually entered coordinates if necessary.

Impact on Aerialytic-Generated Designs

  • Updating the map pin will ensure that Aerialytic receives an updated and correct image of the house or area of interest.

  • Archive the existing design and re-run the AI design request when making significant adjustments.

Best Practices

  • Always confirm the pin location after updating the map to avoid any discrepancies.

  • Utilize the latitude and longitude feature for sensitive or highly specific mapping requirements.

  • Ensure the location is correct before requesting any designs. Some design tools such as Aurora do not allow change of location after a design request is created.

By following these steps, you can ensure that Enerflo accurately reflects the correct location for your deals, supporting a seamless and efficient design process.
