If you need to bulk inactivate sales representatives under a specific organization, follow these steps:

Steps to Bulk Inactivate Sales Representatives:

  1. Navigate to: Your Roles > Sales Company > Company Users.

  2. Access the Bulk Inactivate Option: Locate the +Bulk Inactivate option in the top-right corner of the Company Users page and click on it.

  3. Download the CSV Template: Click the option to download the provided template. This file contains the format required for bulk inactivation.

  4. Prepare the CSV File: Complete the template by filling in the required details of the users you wish to inactivate.

  5. Upload and submit the completed template: Return to the same menu in Enerflo and upload the filled-out CSV file in the designated upload area to complete the inactivation.
