Instructions for Sales Representatives
If you receive an error related to your account not being associated with a finance platform or design tool, follow these steps to update your email:
Click on your name located in the top right corner of the application.
Select Edit My Profile from the dropdown menu.
On your profile page, locate and click on V2 User Profile in the top right corner to display the installer(s), as well as the integrated lender and design tools associated with them.
Within your V2 profile settings, click on the Integrations tab.
Scroll down the page until you find the Finance settings.
In the designated field, enter the correct email address that matches the financier's system.
Instructions for Company Administrators
Company administrators can update the integration email for any user within the organization:
Navigate to Settings in the application.
Click on Org (Organization).
Select Users.
Search for the specific user whose integration settings need to be updated.
Click on the user's name to access their account settings.
Once inside the user's account settings, click on the Integrations tab.
Scroll down until you locate the *Financier* Finance settings.
Enter the correct email address in the provided field, ensuring it matches the financier's system.
