STEP 1
Navigate to Settings > Pricing > Finance Options.
STEP 2
On the Finance Options page, you’ll see your Lender(s). Click on the Lender you want to update.
STEP 3
For non-integrated lenders, you'll see a + New Products button.
Click the + New Products button to manually add new products.
Create a name, set the available states, and fill in the required information.
Click Save.
If you aren’t sure how to fill in some of the fields, reach out to the lender directly and they can provide the required information.
STEP 4
To manually update dealer fees or other details on a specific product, simply click on that Product Option.
In the Product window, update the dealer fee, product name, APR, and/or any other relevant information.
Click Save.
IMPORTANT! Once your loan products have been updated or saved, make sure to update pricing on any proposals to ensure they have the most up-to-date lender options.
How to add a non-integrated lender to your Finance Options
STEP 1
Navigate to Settings > Org > Plugins
Search for ‘Non-Integrated Lender Finance’ or ‘Non-Integrated TPO Finance’
Select the Finance option you’d like.
STEP 2
In the Lenders dropdown, search for the Lender you would like to add and select it.
PLEASE NOTE If the lender you want to add as a non-integrated lender is not available in the dropdown, reach out to Enerflo’s support team (Chat is fastest).
STEP 3
Once your lender is selected, select Save.
