STEP 1
Navigate to Settings > then Pricing > then Adders.
STEP 2
Check the In Use By Models column to see if the Adder is currently linked to any pricing models. If it reads Not in use, you can freely change its status.
Use the dropdowns in the Status column to set the new status (Active, Archived, or Draft).
STEP 3 - Activate Adder
IF the Adder Is in Draft Status and Needs to Be Activated
Use the dropdown to change the Adder’s status from Draft to Active.
Then, navigate to Settings > then Pricing > then Pricing Models and select the appropriate pricing model.
In the Adders section, search for and select the Adder you just activated.
Click Save to add it to the pricing model and put it into use.
STEP 4A - Remove Adder from Pricing Model
IF the Adder Is Already In Use and You Want to Change Its Status
If the Adder is currently being used, the In Use By Models column will display a pricing model name (e.g. Default Pricing Model). In order to change the status of an Adder, you must FIRST remove the Adder from all Pricing Models.
Navigate to Settings > then Pricing > then Pricing Models
Select the Pricing Model that’s using the Adder you want to update Status for.
In the Adders section, remove the Adder.
Click Save to remove the Adder.
STEP 4B - Change Adder Status
Return to Settings > then Pricing > then Adders
Find the Adder you want to update and confirm that the In Use By Models column now reads Not in use.
Use the dropdown in the Status column change the Adder’s status.
