In some cases, you’ll need to archive an Aerialytic design before creating a new one.
However, if the design is currently in use within a proposal, the Archive option will be greyed out and unavailable. When this happens, follow the steps below to proceed.
STEP 1
Navigate to the Designs stage in Enerflo.
Click on the + New Design dropdown to choose Upload Design (Manual Design).
STEP 2
Complete the Required Information on the Design. You won’t actually use this design, so it doesn’t matter if the information is correct/incorrect. Save the new design. You’ll see your New Design card on the Designs tab.
STEP 3
Navigate to the Proposal stage in Enerflo.
Click to Edit the Proposal
Use the Design dropdown menu to select the Manual Design you just created in Step 2.
Repeat this step for any other proposals using an Aerialytic design.
If a proposal is finalized, you will need to un-finalize it to make this change.
STEP 4
Return to the Designs stage.
Next to the name of the Design, click the three dots to select Archive Design.
