If you receive a Pricing Validation Error in the Proposal indicating that the selected PV Module or Inverter is Not Active for the installer on the current design, you’ll need to update the design with equipment that is Active and Available.
STEP 1
Access the Design
Navigate to the Design stage in the Deal.
Click on the Design Card associated with the Proposal showing the error.
STEP 2
Once the Design loads completely, click Modify Design, then Create New.
STEP 3
Identify Unavailable & Update Equipment
Any Unavailable modules (panels or inverters) will be highlighted in RED with a message below indicating that it’s not available for the current deal.
Use the dropdown under the highlighted equipment to select an Available module.
STEP 4
Create a New Design - After updating the Equipment modules, click the Create Design button.
STEP 5
Update the Proposal, Assign the New Design
Return to the Proposal stage in the Deal.
Click the Edit button on the Proposal Card to to edit the Proposal.
Use the Design dropdown to find a select the new Design with the updated Equipment.
Click Save & Calculate Pricing to resolve the error message.
