Admins: How to Create a New Design Team

How to create a new internal design team in Enerflo by naming it, saving it, and adding designers to the team so they can receive and complete design requests.

STEP 1

  1. Navigate to Settings > Design > Design Team

  2. Click the + New button to create a new team.

STEP 2

  1. Enter a Name for your new Design Team.

  2. Add a Logo, if applicable.

  3. Click Save to save your new Design Team.

STEP 3

  1. On the Design Teams page, click on the Name of your new Design Team to edit its properties.

  2. Click the Add Designer dropdown to search for users you'd like to add to the Design Team, then click Add to add them.

By default, ALL authorized dealers will automatically have access to your Design Teams and Design Queues.

Reach out to Enerflo Support if you have unusual circumstances and/or need to add additional authorized orgs to have access to your Design Team.
