STEP 3 - Milestone Settings

Each Milestone has 4 main Settings Groups.

  2. Customer Settings

  3. Assigned Users Settings

  4. Integration Mapping

Create or edit General Settings.

  1. Title: Name of the milestone.

  2. Sequence: Determines the display order of the milestone.

  3. Estimated Completion Date: Optionally set an estimated date (can be left blank).

  5. Project Action Group: Optionally associate the milestone with a project action group.

Create or edit Assigned User Settings.

  1. Milestone User: Assign a specific user to the milestone. Only users with “Admin” or “Operations” roles will appear in the dropdown.

  2. Notifications: Optionally notify the assigned user when the milestone’s start or completion date is set.

  3. Reassignment: The assigned user can reassign the milestone to someone else, if needed.

  4. Save your changes.
