Who Can Export Data
The ability to export data from Enerflo is tied to a user's access level rather than a specific role permission toggle.
Org admins have full access to all features including data export by default. No additional configuration is needed.
Org users do not have export access by default. If an org user needs to export data, an admin must elevate them to org admin, or the export will need to be run by an existing admin on their behalf.
💡 Note: Org admin access grants full permissions across all settings and deal data — not just export. Only grant org admin to users who genuinely need that level of access.
How to Export a Deal Report
STEP 1
Navigate to the Deals page using the left nav or by clicking View Deals under Quick Links.
STEP 2
Click the Funnel icon in each column to filter and display the deal data you want to export.
When you're ready to export your data, click the Export to Excel button, just above your Deal list on the right.
💡 Note: Exports are limited to approximately 1,300–1,500 rows. If your export is failing, try applying filters to reduce the number of results and export in smaller batches. See Report is not Exporting for more details.
