Managing your installer markets in Enerflo is easy to do and allows you to define the areas your company services. Follow these steps to Add, Update, or Remove Markets.
STEP 1
In your browser, navigate to your Enerflo site using your company’s unique subdomain.
Example: yourcompany.enerflo.io/deals. Replace [yourcompany] with your specific subdomain (e.g. sunshinesolar).
STEP 2
Navigate to Installer Markets in Settings (Gear Icon) > Installer > Installer Markets
STEP 3
To Edit an existing Market, find and click the Market Name in the inner left column.
To Add a new Market, click the + New button in the left inside column.
In the overlay window, enter a Name for your new Market.
Click Save.
STEP 4
Define or Edit the Market Area
Once you have Named and Saved your new market, define the areas it will cover. If editing an existing Market, modify any of the following market properties.
States – Add full U.S. states your market covers.
ZIP Codes – Add specific ZIP codes to refine your coverage. (NOTE: Comma separated values can be pasted)
Radius – Set a market to cover a certain distance from a specific address.
Exclusions – Exclude areas from the radius using the exclusion options at the bottom of the settings.
STEP 5
Save your Changes
After completing your updates and/or defining your new market, click Save to apply changes to the Market.
STEP 6
Archive or Restore a Market
⚠️ Archiving a Market removes it from your Active list. Be sure it’s no longer needed before archiving.
Click on the Name of the Market you want to Archive or Restore.
Click the three dots (•••) next to the Save button.
To Archive a Market, select Archive from the dropdown menu.
To Restore a Market, select Restore from the dropdown menu.
Once restored, the Market will appear in your Active list.
