Product targeting allows you to enable finance options and set dealer fees at the Sales Org level.

โš ๏ธ Important! You will need to check and updates your targeting

every time you sync your finance options.

STEP 1

  1. To create a new Finance Product Targeting rule, navigate to Settings > Pricing > Finance Product Targeting.

  2. On the Finance Product Targeting page, click the + New button.

STEP 2

To create your rule

  1. Start by defining the Dealer Fee difference.

  2. Select the Authorized Dealers the rule should apply to.

  3. Choose the applicable Installer Markets.

STEP 3

There are two ways to select Authorized Dealers and Installer Markets:

  1. To exclude specific ones from a large list, check the All box to Include everything by default, then deselect only the orgs or markets you want to exclude.

  2. To include only specific ones, uncheck the All box. This turns the table into an inclusive rule, allowing you to manually select just the orgs or markets you want to include.

STEP 3

After you Create and Save the new Rule.

  • On the Edit Finance Product Targeting page, click the Product tab, then use the dropdown to select which Finance Products you want the rule applied to.

The targeting feature gives you the flexibility to create multiple rules for different scenarios.

  • Once a targeting rule is created for a specific finance product, it overrides the default rules.

  • In cases where multiple rules apply, the rule with the highest dealer fee delta takes priority.

  • To ensure all orgs still receive a rule, you can create a separate rule for everyone else with a 0% dealer fee delta. The targeted org with the higher delta will still receive that specific rate.

  • This setup allows you to assign a unique finance product configuration to a specific org without affecting others.
