STEP 1
Use the Base Role Permissions in Enerflo to enable access to Aerialytic Designer Mode to ALL Users in an organization. This can be done by checking the Designer Mode checkbox on the Edit Role screen.
Navigate to the Roles listing page [Settings > Org > Roles].
Edit the Role you want to enable Designer Mode for.
Once selected, all Users assigned to the Base Role will now have access to Aerialytic Designer Mode.
STEP 2
To enable Aerialytic Designer Mode access for specific users only, you’ll need to create a new Role for them.
Navigate to the Roles listing page [Settings > Org > Roles].
In the Add New Role window, add a Name and Description for your new Role.
Click Save.
Enable Designer Mode of your New Role
Click on the new Role Name and select Designer Mode under permissions.
Use the Users tab to assign this role to any users who should be able to access Aerialytic Designer Mode.
Alternatively, this role can be turned on in an individual user’s profile as shown below.
