STEP 1
You will need Super Admin access to delete/remove Authorized Dealers.
Use the left-column navigation to navigate to Your Roles > EPC > Sales Organizations.
On the Sales Organizations listing page, use the red Trash Can icon to remove/delete the org.
STEP 2
Removing a Sales Dealer/Org using the above process does not automatically remove the Org from your Enerflo account (they can live in 2 places).
To remove an Authorized Dealer, navigate to Settings > Installer > Authorized Dealers. The Settings menu can be located in the bottom-left corner of the Enerflo interface.
Click the three dots menu under actions next to the Sales Dealer/Org’s Name, and click Remove.
STEP 3
To simply Deactivate a Sales Dealer/Organization (instead of Delete), navigate to Settings > Installer > Authorized Dealers.
On the Authorized Dealers page, in the Enabled column, toggle off to Disable the Sales Dealer/Org.
Use the search bar on the page to locate a specific organization if needed.
A Deactivated Sales Dealer/Organization will no longer have access to your deal templates, but will remain on your list of dealers in the event that they need to be reactivated later.
