How to Resolve GoodLeap TPO Solar Access Errors

How to resolve GoodLeap TPO errors related to missing solar access or TSRF data in Enerflo by accessing irradiance data in Aurora, downloading a shade report, and re-syncing the design.

If you receive one of the following errors when creating a proposal, it means the required solar access data is missing:

  • GoodLeap TPO: Proposal does not have solar access by month information.

  • GoodLeap TPO: Proposal does not have TSRF information.

  • GoodLeap TPO: Design does not have solar access information.

These errors typically occur when the design used is not compatible. GoodLeap TPO requires Aurora, Aerialytic, Scanifly, or Solargraf as the design tool. Using any other design source (e.g. Solo, Manual, etc.) will result in these errors.

πŸ’‘ Note: These steps also apply to the LightReach TSRF error. If you are seeing an invalid TSRF error for LightReach, see LightReach Finance Options "There was an error fetching the available options" for additional LightReach-specific troubleshooting.

STEP 1

Access Irradiance Data in Aurora

  1. Open the Aurora Design.

  2. Click the Irradiance icon (Sun Symbol).

  3. If no data appears, wait for the irradiance analysis to complete.
