If you receive one of the following errors when creating a proposal, it means the required solar access data is missing:
GoodLeap TPO: Proposal does not have solar access by month information.
GoodLeap TPO: Proposal does not have TSRF information.
GoodLeap TPO: Design does not have solar access information.
These errors typically occur when the design used is not compatible. GoodLeap TPO requires Aurora API or Aerialytic as the design tool. Using any other design source (e.g. Solo, Manual, etc.) will result in these errors.
STEP 1
Access Irradiance Data in Aurora
Open the Aurora Design.
Click the Irradiance icon (Sun Symbol).
If no data appears, wait for the irradiance analysis to complete.
STEP 2
Download the Shade Report
Click the Download icon.
Select and view the Shade Report from the dropdown to confirm solar access data has generated.
STEP 3
Re-sync in Enerflo
Return to the Designs page.
Click on the three dots icon to select Sync from the dropdown in order to re-sync the design with your Proposal.
STEP 4
Save and Update the Proposal
After syncing, click Update Pricing to Save the Proposal.
The errors related to missing solar access or TSRF data should now be cleared.
If issues persist, double-check that your Aurora design has completed all irradiance calculations and is correctly linked to your proposal in Enerflo. Contact Enerflo Support if you get stuck.
