Admins: How to Add or Update Pricing and Targeting on Equipment

How admins can add or update pricing and targeting on solar equipment in Enerflo, including fixed, per-unit, price-per-watt, and custom pricing options with include/exclude targeting rules.

Written by Emilie

STEP 1

Navigate to the Equipment You Want to Update

  1. Navigate to Settings > Equipment > (Batteries/Modules/Inverters).

  2. Then, select the Equipment type you want to update from the available list of options.

STEP 2

On the Edit Module page, you can Edit Existing OR create a New Pricing Option.

  • To Edit, click the Pencil Icon under Settings

  • To create a New Pricing Option, click the + Add Option button

STEP 3

Pricing can be set to a fixed amount, fixed per unit, price per watt, or custom by using the dropdown menu under type.

For Fixed Amount, simply enter the desired price.

šŸ’” Note: The self-service pricing UI does not currently support entering a negative price-per-watt (PPW) value. If you need to apply negative PPW pricing to a piece of equipment (for example, to reflect a manufacturer credit or promotional discount), this must be configured on the backend by Enerflo. Contact Enerflo Support with the equipment name and the negative PPW value you need, and we'll create a ticket for our team to set it up.

STEP 4

  1. To set up Custom Pricing, first add your input fields under Pricing Option Inputs on the adder page.

  2. Next, create your Function based on the inputs previously added.

Configuring Custom Pricing options requires JavaScript knowledge. Reach out to Enerflo Support if you need help.

Targeting

You can set up Targeted Pricing or Availability based on a wide range of options.

  1. Select each dropdown and choose which situations you want to exclude, or select the all checkbox to choose which situations you want to include.

  2. Click Add Pricing Option and then Save Changes on the equipment.

  3. Click Update Pricing on any proposals using the equipment for the pricing to update.
