Sometimes users need to restore a previously cancelled GoodLeap TPO application, typically when they attempted a change order that was too severe for GoodLeap's change order process and want to revert back to the original configuration. This can occur when switching between product types such as lease and PPA, or changing battery configurations from solar only to backup to energy shift (self consumption)
Application Monitor - Restore Feature
Users need the "List Applications" permission to view applications and the "Manage Applications" permission to restore cancelled GoodLeap TPO applications that were previously approved. These can be granted by an admin, and once the permissions are added, users will see the 'Restore Application' option in the Application History menu
To restore a cancelled application:
Navigate to the application monitor for the deal on the financing stage
Ellipse > View Application History
3. Under the actions column, select your application with Ellipse > Restore Application
4. The current proposal will be un-finalized, and if the proposal is different from the original application, there will be a deal banner with the changes. The system will inform you which finance product/rate was previously selected and require you to revert the proposal to match
5. If there are fields like rate/adders that still don't match the previous application, then the banner will inform users that they need to sync the current changes before proceeding
Important Notes
Only previously approved applications can be restored
Denied applications cannot be restored
Restoring an application will unfinalize the current proposal and cancel any active applications
The restored proposal becomes the "previously finalized" selection in the proposal stage
