How to Set the Language on Proposals and Agreements

How to set or change a customer's language preference in Enerflo so their proposal and install agreement are generated in English or Spanish.

Enerflo supports both English and Spanish for proposals and install agreements. The language preference can be set at lead creation or updated at any time from the lead page or deal details.

Setting Language at Lead Creation

If the customer's language preference is known upfront, use the Language Preference dropdown on the lead creation page to select English or Spanish before saving the lead.

Updating Language from the Lead Page

To update the language preference after a lead has been created:

  1. Go to the Customer's Lead page.

  2. Click the blue pencil icon next to the customer's name to open Edit Lead Details.

  3. Use the Language Preference dropdown to select English or Spanish.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Once saved, the proposal will automatically appear in the selected language.

Updating Language from Deal Details

You can also change the language directly from within a deal:

  1. At the top of the deal, click the three dots (โ‹ฎ) next to the customer name and select "Deal Details."

  2. Click the Customer tab and scroll down to the Language dropdown.

  3. Toggle between English and Spanish.

Admin Setting: Enabling Language Support for Agreements

If the correct language agreement is not populating, an admin must first enable language support at the EPC level:

  1. Go to Your Roles > EPC > Settings.

  2. Locate the setting "Contracts: Allow language" and set it to Yes.

  3. Click Save Settings to apply.

Once enabled, new agreements will generate in the customer's selected language. If an agreement had previously been generated, view the agreement and click "Rebuild" to generate it in the new preferred language. Note that separate agreement templates for each language must be configured by Enerflo Support.
