When a deal reaches Completed status in Enerflo, it is normally locked from further edits. The Unlock Completed Deal permission allows authorized users to move a completed deal back to active status directly from the deal page, without needing to contact Enerflo Support.
Enabling the Permission
The Unlock Completed Deal permission must be enabled on a role before any non-admin user can unlock deals. To enable it:
Navigate to Settings > Org > Roles.
Click the role you want to grant the permission to.
Find the Unlock Completed Deal permission and enable it.
Save the role. All users assigned to that role will now be able to unlock completed deals.
How to Unlock a Completed Deal
Open the completed deal.
A banner will appear at the top of the deal page indicating the deal is completed.
If you have the Unlock Completed Deal permission, the banner will include an Unlock Deal button.
Click Unlock Deal. The deal will move back to active status and become editable again.
If the banner does not show an Unlock Deal button, your role does not have the permission enabled. Contact your org admin to request access, or to unlock the deal for you.
