How to Assign a Setter to a Lead

How to assign or change a setter on a lead in Enerflo, including lead source requirements, assigning from the lead page, and the setter lock after contract signing.

Requirements

The sales org must have "Setter" configured as an available lead source. If it is not available, a company admin can add it under Your Roles > Sales Company > Company Settings > Edit Lead Sources.

The lead source must be set to Setter for the setter dropdown to be available.

If the lead source is anything else, the setter dropdown will not appear.

Additionally, the sales rep must have setter assignment enabled on their user profile. A company admin can enable this individually per rep in the Sales Rep Setting section of their profile.

From the Customer Record

  1. Navigate to the customer's lead page.

  2. Locate the Setter field in the lead details panel.

  3. Select or update the setter using the dropdown.

Note: There is a setting that can be turned on in Sales Company settings that locks the sales rep and setter after the deal is signed. This does not apply to super admin or company admin users.
