Overview
This guide walks admins through updating an Authorized Dealer's IGS Solar Sales Partner Code in Enerflo. You'll need the Sales Partner Code from the IGS portal before completing these steps.
Step 1: Navigate to the Authorized Dealer
Log in to Enerflo.
Go to Settings > Installer > Authorized Dealers.
Use the Search field to find and select the relevant Sales Dealer.
Once selected, navigate to the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Enter the Sales Partner Code
Scroll down to the IGS Solar Settings section.
Enter the Sales Partner Code from IGS into the designated field.
Click Save to apply the changes.
How to Find a Sales Partner Code in IGS
To locate an organization's Sales Partner Code in the IGS portal:
In your IGS portal, click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner.
Expand Sales Channel from the left menu.
Use the Search Bar to find the organization.
Select the organization.
The Sales Partner Code appears at the end of the Website URL.
Example: If the organization is listed as "Enerflo Training," the URL will look like:
solar360.igssolarpower.com/app/#/v2?salesPartner/ENERFLOTRAINING
In this case, the Sales Partner Code is ENERFLOTRAINING.
