License Error When Opening a Deal Created from an External Integration

Explains why leads imported via external integrations can trigger a license error on the resulting deal, and how to fix it by re-assigning the sales rep on the lead page.

Written by Emilie

If a lead is imported into Enerflo through an external CRM integration (such as Enzy) without a sales rep properly mapped during import, opening the resulting deal may display a license error. This happens because Enerflo cannot associate the deal with a valid, licensed rep.

How to fix the license error

  1. Go to the lead page for the affected customer (not the deal page).

  2. Find the Sales Rep field and click Edit next to it.

  3. Re-select the correct rep's name from the dropdown.

  4. Click Save.

This re-establishes the rep assignment and clears the license error. The deal should be immediately accessible after saving.

Note: This issue is specific to leads imported via integrations where the sales rep field is not mapped at the time of import. If you are regularly seeing this error on leads coming in from an integration, contact Enerflo Support to review your integration's field mapping configuration.

Troubleshooting

If re-selecting the rep does not resolve the error, or if the correct rep does not appear in the dropdown, contact Enerflo Support with the deal URL and the name of the rep who should be assigned.
