How to Remove an Incorrect Sales Organization from a User's Account

Steps for Super Admins to remove an incorrectly linked sales organization from a user's profile.

If a sales organization has been incorrectly linked to a user, it must be removed in two places to fully sever the association. This requires Super Admin access.

⚠️ Warning: Removing a sales org from a user account permanently removes associated data and cannot be undone.

Step 1

  1. Go to Your Roles > EPC > Sales Organizations.

  2. Find the incorrect sales organization in the list.

  3. Click the red trash can icon next to the org name.

  4. Confirm the removal.

Step 2

  1. Go to Settings > Installer > Authorized Dealers.

  2. Find the sales organization to remove.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the org.

  4. Select Remove and confirm.

Both steps are required. Completing only one will leave a residual connection.

Who can perform this: Super Admins only.
