LightReach deals in Enerflo now run in one of two modes, depending on whether domestic content (ITC) attestation has been completed in the LightReach portal.
Before Attestation
Enerflo stays in the driver's seat. Design and pricing changes are pushed directly to LightReach, keeping your quote in sync automatically.
When you finalize a proposal, Enerflo checks for differences between Enerflo and LightReach. Quotes are only voided and recreated if a difference is found — if nothing has changed, your existing quote is left alone.
After Attestation
Once domestic content attestation is completed in the LightReach portal, the deal becomes read-only in Enerflo:
Enerflo stops pushing design and pricing changes to LightReach.
Application status continues to sync back into Enerflo as normal.
Quotes and contracts are no longer voided or recreated.
How to make changes after attestation
If you try to edit the design or pricing on a deal after attestation, you'll see a banner on the deal letting you know the change can't be pushed. To make the update:
Log in to the LightReach portal.
Make the change there.
The update will sync back to Enerflo automatically — you don't need to do anything further in Enerflo.
Note: The banner requires the deal banner plugin setting to be enabled for your org and can be enabled by an admin.
Click Settings > Org > Plugins
Locate the LightReach Plugin and toggle "Enable Deal Banner" to Yes.
Note: These modes do not apply to battery-only (LightReach Energy Backup) deals.
