How to add and edit appointment types, customer communication, and power rankings

This training video shows you add new appointment types as well as edit existing appointment types. Within editing appointment types you're able to select user roles assigned to appointment type, select auto-scheduling rule and set earliest and latest scheduling time. You will also see how to edit customer communication set out via email and text when the appointment is scheduled. Additionally you'll see how to edit the power ranking feature.
