Shipping Details and Timeframes

ENGO smart glasses are meticulously assembled at our facilities in Grenoble, French Alps, and shipped directly to customers worldwide using DHL Express premium delivery services. This ensures reliable tracking and timely delivery of your order.

At present, ENGO smart glasses are available exclusively through our official website. We have not yet established distribution through physical retail locations or third-party vendors.

To ensure complete confidence in your purchase, we offer a comprehensive satisfaction policy:

  • 30-day trial period beginning from the delivery date

  • Risk-free testing under your actual usage conditions

  • Complimentary return shipping if the product does not meet your expectations

  • Full refund processing upon receipt of returned merchandise.

  • Free shipping, both ways.

Expected Delivery Timeframes

When you select the Express Option during checkout, your order will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. You can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

Good news—no hidden fees! All duties and taxes are included in the price (DDP incoterm), so you won't have any extra charges upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay, with all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees already calculated and incorporated. This transparent pricing approach ensures a hassle-free delivery experience across all countries we service.

Address Change Requirements

If you relocate between placing your order and the scheduled delivery date, DHL Express offers flexible delivery management options. Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation, you can access DHL On Demand services via their website to:

  • Provide updated delivery instructions

  • Redirect your package to a new address

  • Request alternative delivery arrangements if you will not be available at the delivery location on the scheduled date
