Using Targets & Laps

How to setup & leverage on Targets & Laps feature on your ActiveLook application for Apple Watch

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Set a target for your workout

  • Open the ActiveLook app on your Apple Watch

  • For your selected sport (running or cycling) press the setting menu (...).

  • Scroll down to the “Set Goal” menu. Click on the pen to edit your target.

  • Choose Time, Distance, Calories, or Free (i.e., no target).

  • Use + / - or the crown to adjust your target.

  • Tap 'confirm' to close the menu.

  • Using the ‘Auto Lap’ feature you can loop on the selected goal, once goal is reached.

Laps

  • You can choose to monitor your lap-specific metrics (such as “Lap average Pace”, “Lap time”, “Lap distance” etc.) In order to do so, refer to the data screen edition article here and pick the lap metrics you like.

  • Marking a new Lap will reset the corresponding Lap metrics.

  • There are 3 ways to mark a new lap:

    • During your activity, double tap on any of the watch data dashboards.

    • During your activity, swipe to the left-most screen and press the ‘New Lap’ icon.

    • In the “Set Goal” menu, select “Auto Lap” to loop on the Goal defined. For each loop a new lap will be created.
