Welcome to Engraffo! Engraffo is the first content hosting, link-delivery and analytics platform for STM publishers and their life science customers.
Engraffo’s goal is to provide you and your customers with real-time performance metrics to drive engagement around your premium content. Here is a five-step guide to help you get started.
Step 1: Get Invited
Open your invitation email
Engraffo can only be accessed by invitation. For publishers, this generally entails a contracted agreement. If you have received an invitation, then your organization has approved this platform and you may sign up and launch projects through Engraffo.

If you don’t receive your invitation email, check your spam folder or reach out to your primary Engraffo point of contact!
Step 2: Sign Up for Engraffo
Use your Invitation Email to sign up for Engraffo.
Click the "Register" button in your Invitation Email to open the Engraffo registration page. Here, you can update your contact and company information, create your password, and begin accessing or launching projects on Engraffo!
Step 3: Start a Project
Click on the New Project button from any screen on the Engraffo application to launch a new Project. Here you can designate your Project name and reference, associate an article, set your Project specifications, and load your assets. Once you complete this short process, you will be redirected to the Project page.
You can click on Manage Project at any time from your Project page to edit any aspect of your Project. You can invite your customer to the Project at any time from the Manage Customer area at the top of your Project page.
If any of your assets require customization for your Project, you can always initiate a Project Request to Engraffo by clicking on the Make New Request button in the Project Requests section.
Once your asset(s) are added to your Project, you can click the Preview Project button at any time to view your Project as it will appear to your customer and end readers. No views are ever deducted when viewing Projects through the Engraffo application.
Step 4: Invite your Customer
At any time you can invite your customer to join your Project. This will notify your customer that your Engraffo Project is ready for review, approval, and/or activation.
Furthermore, you can always change/override the current status of your Project through the Manage Project module.
