Engraffo allows users to preview their Projects without logging into the application for review and approval purposes. This functionality also applies to publishers' customers pre-registration.
When a publisher invites their customer to join their Project, the customer will receive a tokenized invitation via email. That email invitation will include a link to the Project along with a Preview Code. As long as the Project is not yet activated (live), visiting the link will prompt the user to enter their code in order to access the Project.
Customers can forward their Project link and Preview Code to other team members in order to achieve the required approvals through the proper channels.
Once a project is activated (live), the Preview Code utility and requirement disappears. All non-registered users accessing the Project link will now consume licensed views. Only registered Engraffo users can continue to preview activated (live) Projects without consuming views.
