When you login to Enroller the first thing area you see is the Dashboard.

Your Enroller Dashboard shows you information about your Enquiries, Active Enrolments and Enrolled Students at the various stages of their journey with your school.

The Dashboard is interactive, so when you hover or click on various areas new information is made visible to you.

Enquiries

The overview donut graph shows you the total, active and inactive enquiries to date. Hover your mouse on this area to view these details.

Clicking on this Enquiries tile will then populate some more detailed information below. This includes:

  • An 'Enquiries by month' line graph

  • Enquiry type polar chart

  • Enquiry role pie graph

Active Enrolments

The overview donut graph shows you the split of your active enrolments by stage (apply, eligibility, offer, visa, eligibility) and the total number of these. Hover your mouse on this area to view these details.

Clicking on this Active Enrolments tile will then populate an 'enrolments at each stage' graph. This splits up the stages of the enrolment process to show which enrolments are at each stage, as well as separating out whose responsibility it is to action the next step.

Enrolled Students

The overview donut graph shows you the split of successfully enrolled students depending on their 'status' (awaiting arrival, current, alumni). Hover your mouse on this area to view these details.

Clicking on this Enrolled Students tile will then display a student status breakdown, as well as a year level/course breakdown. Keep in mind that this area of the dashboard relies on the status of the students being updated correctly. Please refer to this help article for more information on updating a student's status.
